HUZAIFA KAYANI
Founding Partner
Huzaifa Kayani is a founding partner at KKJ Law and brings extensive experience in commercial, civil, and criminal litigation. Originally from Islamabad, he holds an LL.B. (Hons.) from the University of London and an LL.M. from the University of Bedfordshire. Huzaifa began his legal journey under the tutelage of Mr. Mujeeb ur Rehman Kiani (ASC), a distinguished civil practitioner, where he honed his skills and developed a principled approach that now defines his practice.
Throughout his career, Huzaifa has represented numerous high-profile cases, earning favorable results for his clients and building a reputation for his soft yet bold demeanor. His track record includes work at the Advocate General’s Office, as well as legal consultancy roles for prominent organizations such as Fauji Fertilizer Corporation, Mari Petroleum Company Ltd, and Pakistan International Airlines.
Huzaifa’s litigation experience spans the High Court, Sessions/District and Civil Courts, Accountability Courts, and Labor Courts, where he also appears before regulatory commissions. He frequently handles writ petitions, first appeals, and interim applications, including injunctions and bail applications. His mastery of the technicalities of criminal and civil procedures, combined with robust advocacy skills and drafting expertise, allows him to navigate even the most complex commercial and criminal matters with confidence and precision.

Najaf Mumtaz holds an LL.B. (Hons.) in Shari’ah & Law from the International Islamic University, Islamabad, and is celebrated for his analytical and critical thinking skills.
